Please note that World Book Day on the 1st of March is going to be a non-school uniform day to promote reading across the school.

We are very pleased to let you know that following investment by the School, the Sixth Form now have access to a dedicated WiFi that can be accessed within the Sixth Form centre using their own devices.
Please see the attached letter received by the school from Caerphilly CBC regarding the proposal to close a section of Pontygwindy Road for two weeks from 17th February to 5th March.
I am pleased to invite you to the Year 8 Options evening where we will begin the process for your child to decide upon their subject choices for Key Stage 4.

As a result of school being closed tomorrow, this event will be re-scheduled soon.
Parent/Carer E-Safety session will take place Monday 5th March 5pm - 6pm.
If your child has lost any clothing items in school over the last half term, it may be that they have been handed in to our finance department.

I wish to inform you about the forthcoming Year 11 Prom celebration evening.
Friday 16th February will be a non-uniform day to support the WildHearts charity - show your support by wearing something red and donating £1.
There will also be a cake sale in the Old Hall at break time.
National Numeracy Test mocks will be taking place for all pupils in years 7, 8 and 9 next week.
